Order Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping may vary. Unless otherwise noted in the product description item description all orders will ship within 5-7 business days of the order date.

Return Policy

I do not accept returns. All sales are final. Exceptions will be made only if damage occurs during transit, and discussion will be on an individual customer basis. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery. That said, I do want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have any questions or concerns please contact me via email or through this website's Contact page.

Shipping

I cannot ensure safe delivery and therefore I ship and insure all domestic packages with USPS, unless otherwise stated. Once a package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If a package is damaged or lost while in the hands of USPS, contact me and we can collaborate on next steps. I cannot assume responsibility for packages that are stolen or damaged after delivery.
